Consistent opening size distribution of Mallas Wire Cloth, Plain Dutch Weave guarantees a significantly higher particle separation than metal fiber materials. Accurate and individual apertures mean that our wire cloths perform well in filtration and separation, finding applications in static as well as dynamic filtration.

Plain Dutch Weave features a lightly structured surface and high levels of flow and minimal pressure drop and it is used for high mechanical loads for pre-coat filters and filter candles.

Materials:
Mallas wire cloths are produced primarily using stainless steel to DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304) or DIN 1.4401 (AISI 316), or in chrome steel to DIN 1.4016 (AISI 430).

Width/Length:
Widths include 1020mm (40"), 1220mm (48") and 1530mm (60").  Widths up to 2500 mm (100") can be produced to order. Standard roll lengths are 15.25 m (50ft) und 30.50 m (100ft).
