Reverse Dutch Weave SS 304 Reverse Dutch Weave Woven Mesh Filter
Mallas Wire Mesh Manufacturing Co. offers Reverse Dutch Weave Woven Wire Cloth. This type of woven wire cloth is manufactured with finer warp wires and coarser weft wires, creating a strong, compact mesh with high mechanical strength and fine filtration capability. The unique reversed design provides greater flow rates and pressure resistance compared to standard Dutch weaves. Common mesh counts range from 24×110 to 400×2800, with warp wire diameters from 0.5 mm to 0.02 mm and weft wire diameters from 0.35 mm to 0.01 mm, offering openings between 0.02 mm and 0.08 mm. Standard materials include stainless steel SS304, SS316, and SS316L, ensuring excellent corrosion and heat resistance. The cloth is supplied in roll widths from 0.5 m to 2 m and lengths of 15 m to 30 m, customizable for industrial needs. Reverse Dutch weave wire cloth is widely used for pressure filters, hydraulic systems, polymer melt filtration, chemical processing, and gas or liquid separation. Its dense structure and superior durability make it suitable for fine particle filtration and backwashing operations, ensuring stable performance in demanding industrial environments.
Type
- Standard Reverse Dutch Weave Woven Wire Cloth: This type features finer warp wires and thicker weft wires, producing a dense mesh with small pore openings and high pressure resistance. Typical specifications range from 24×110 mesh to 400×2800 mesh, with openings between 0.02–0.08 mm. It is ideal for liquid and gas filtration, polymer extrusion, and hydraulic systems.
- Heavy-Duty Reverse Dutch Weave Wire Cloth: Manufactured using thicker wire diameters for both warp and weft, this type offers exceptional mechanical strength and durability under high-pressure or abrasive conditions. Commonly used in polymer melt filters, centrifugal filters, and oil refining systems.
- Fine Reverse Dutch Weave Wire Cloth: This ultra-fine weave type provides extremely small openings (down to 0.02 mm) and uniform filtration accuracy. It ensures high efficiency in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries, where fine particle retention is essential.
- Duplex Reverse Dutch Weave Wire Cloth: Reinforced version made by double-layer weaving technology, offering improved structural integrity and extended service life. Suitable for high-temperature and corrosive environments, often produced from SS316L or Duplex stainless steel.
- Sintered Reverse Dutch Weave Mesh: This type is created by sintering multiple reverse Dutch weave layers to enhance rigidity and backwash performance. It is used for gas spargers, polymer filtration, and hydraulic pressure filters where reusability and strength are key.
